GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
Introduction to B-Fit Beginner's Class (This is for people who have not cross trained before. Duration 1 hour, 3 times a week for a month)
B-Fit Cross Training (Cross Training, Strength and Conditioning.Duration 1 hour, 5 days a week)
B-Fit Strength (Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength Programming for Mad Gainz. Duration 2 hours, 3 days a week)
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) (Move fast, move hard. Get in and out fast. Duration 30 mins, 5 days a week)
Yoga and Mobility ( Come Stretch, Breathe, Mobilize and Leave Refreshed and more flexible than when you walked in! Duration 30 mins, 5 days a week)
PERSONAL TRAINING:
Personal 1 on 1 (Personal training session for all those goals you have in life, the universe and everything. The answer is 42 reps, personalized programming and one on one time with your coach)
Small Group Training ( Personal training for small groups of 5 people or less)
CLUBS AND TEAMS:
Sports/Fitness Club ( Hey Fitness enthusiasts! We have the space and/or coaching capability for you. If there's any expressed interest we can set up class times for you to meet 3-5 days a week)
Performance Training (If you are part of a team/club and are looking for sport specific training to meet and exceed your goals sign up right Meow! 2-3 days a week plus access to Open Gym)
