Not being constrained by such things as time, money, grunting when the need arises due to concentrated effort, sweating profusely, bringing my four legged friend along everywhere while receiving personable coaching from people with the proper knowledge and guidance to reach my set goal was top of my list of needs.
I wanted a place where people could do all of this and more in relative peace anytime they wanted. The desire for a place like this was the basis for starting my own gym in 2015. In the past 4 plus years the idea of Lift Haus has evolved. I can safely proclaim Lift Haus has always welcomed people of all abilities- it is a completely douche bro free zone!
